Returns

Return period

You have 14 calendar days to return any product from the date you receive it, except for personalised products or items made to your specifications.

The package containing the returned product must arrive at our facilities before this 14-day period expires.

Process

How to start a return

Before sending the package, please contact us at info@eleganzaeyewear.com to request return authorisation.

After shipping your return, you must email us the tracking number and the carrier used for the return shipment.

Costs

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to a shipping error attributable to Eleganza Eyewear.

If the error was on our side, please contact us at info@eleganzaeyewear.com so we can arrange collection of the product and process the corresponding exchange.

Shipping

Package requirements

The sender must be clearly shown on the outside of the package, and the sender name must match the person listed on the original order.

Any package that does not meet these requirements may be rejected at our facilities.

To complete the return, download, print and fill in the PDF return form. This document must be included inside the package with the returned product.

Please pack the product carefully to prevent damage during transport.

Refund

Product conditions for a refund

We will refund the purchase amount once we have received and checked the product, within the legal period of 15 days after verification.

To receive a full refund, the product must meet the following conditions:

  • The product must be in perfect condition.
  • It must include its protective plastic bag with the product information, if applicable.
  • It must include the case, box and all other elements of the original packaging.
  • It must show no signs of handling, use or damage.

Exceptions

Partial refunds or product return to the customer

If the product does not meet the conditions above, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund to cover reconditioning costs or to return the product to the customer.

Personalisation

Personalised products

Returns are not accepted for goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, or for products modified to meet those specifications.

This includes, for example, optical or sunglasses frames fitted with ophthalmic lenses, with or without prescription.

International

Customs

If the return shipment generates customs costs, taxes or duties, these will be paid by the customer.

If the customer does not agree to cover customs charges, Eleganza Eyewear will not refund the order amount or take responsibility for the package.

Sequra

Purchases financed with Sequra

In accordance with the withdrawal policy applicable to e-commerce platforms, consumers who purchased with Sequra have 14 calendar days to exercise their right of return.

The amount will be refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.
